My goal when it comes to health and fitness is to become as healthy and physically fit as I can be.   I am gluten-sensitive and will be sharing some of my favorite healthy gluten-free recipes (that are also yummy!).  I try to avoid processed foods and limit my meat and dairy intake.  When I do eat, I prefer organic if possible (I currently am in the process of growing many of my own organic veggies, so some come straight from my garden).

I also limit my intake of caffeine and sugars, the only sweetener I tend to use is honey.  Since going on this gluten-free unprocessed journey I have lost about 14lbs in less than 6 months.  I didn’t start this journey to lose weight, just to become healthier.

My goals: lose fat, increase flexibility, muscle tone and endurance.
