Mental Health

I’ve struggled most of my life with many different anxieties and and extreme depression.  I have decided to do something about it and work towards achieving a healthy and balanced outlook on myself and life in general.  I am really focusing (with the help of this blog) on ‘discovering’ what I like and don’t like, what I want vs. need and the steps that I can take towards my ‘goal’ of inner peace.   These include things like I working on my internal dialogue and my presentation in this world.

I’ve come to realize that if you want to be happy, you have to fight for it.  Nearly anything you want in this world can be yours if you put the effort, develop good habits, and work for it.
