When the dust settles and the AC turns back on, I’ll be gone with the wind. The publishing world is unnecessary people collecting unnecessary fees. It’s predatory and inefficient. You want to shop at the supermarket? You’ll first have to get a pass from the landlord of the building. They don’t have phone or email, but the girl at the checkout counter can give you a clue. Without a pass though you can’t enter the building. Paradoxical tomfoolery, it doesn’t take long before I’m not allowed most places.
